Melissa had a good start to the day, was back to herself. Had some pancakes, took a shower, did her hair and we took a walk up and down hamster row.
I was able to pick up the boys today after basketball for her first visiter’s, they will be out with us in Boston till tomorrow. Hooked up a fireTV stick to the TV, the nurse turned the boys onto Arrow on Netflix so they are currently binge watching. Also, thanks to my sister for picking up some card games and puzzles for some extra entertainment.
Meliss has been on a steady dose of chemo every six hours since noon yesterday, its slowly starting to affect her now that’s its later in the evening. The staff here has been great, tweaking meds to help with any side effects or any physical ailments. Hoping she feeling a little better in the morning after a good nights sleep.
